Terms & Conditions

PRICES;All prices are inclusive of vat, packaging and delivery.

DELIVERY; Delivery is to uk mainland only.

DELIVERY TIME; We aim to deliver all items within 28 days, but as all our products are built to order we are unable to give an excact date until we have checked stock on fabric etc,we will then e-mail you with an estimated delivery date. once your product is ready we will e-mail you to comfirm day of delivery. should there be any delay out of our control we will notify you immediatly.

PAYMENT; Payment will be taken in full at the time of order, the transaction will be handled by PAY PAL.

GUARANTEE; All our furniture frames carry a 1 year construction guarantee, in the unlikely event your frame breaks or fails we will repair or replace if necessary. the guarantee does not cover fabric or foam interiors.
This guarantee does not cover wear and tear,neglect,misuse, abuse or accidental damage from water, sunlight or smoke.

RETURNS; Here at fabulous footstools we aim for all our customers to be happy with there purchase, however if you are not satisfied with your purchase or it is damaged, we will offer a refund or replacement, provided you comply with our returns policy, see below.

1 CHANGED YOUR MIND;

If you change your mind before despatch we will offer a full refund.

If you change your mind once you have recieved your product,you must notify us within 7 days, we will retain 10% of the purchase price to cover our costs and refund the balance upon receipt of goods in a as new /saleable condition.please note you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and must ensure goods are well packaged, labelled and adequatly insured, and must be recieved by us within 21 days.

2 DAMAGED GOODS; In the unlikely event you recieve goods that are damaged, please notify us immediatly and we will arrange collection and replacement.If goods are visibly damaged on delivery please sign couriers paperwork accordingly.

3 FUALTY/INCORRECT GOODS;
Every effort is made by us to ensure your goods are supplied correctly and in perfect condition, however if the goods you recieve are not as you ordered or faulty please contact us immediatly and we will rectify the problem.

REFUNDS;All refunds will be made by way of a credit to the original card used for the purchase.
